Apricots with Blue Cheese and Nuts

Ingredients

45 walnut/pecan halves

4 oz. cream cheese (RT)

4 oz. blue cheese

45 dried apricot halves

Directions

1. Toast nuts - 10-15 min @ 325F.

2. Combine thecheese and stir until evenly mixed. Top each apricot with a spoonful of cheese 1-2 tsp, and top with a toasted nut.

3. Can refigerate for up to 8 hours. Serve at RT.

Notes

Makes more cheese filling than you expect.
